Size are not as described

I ordered a 00 size for my 8 year old.uniform which was delivered is not as described. The tag shows size 00 but the it is sizes smaller I guess. I requested a return label as requested on their website but no response. Please be careful with this seller. Chat is also not working. No response. Very unreliable service. Would not recommend to by anything on this website.
